What we collect, and why.

Sol House only collects the information you choose to send us through the inquiry forms on our Contact and Offerings pages. That includes your name and email address, and any optional details you share about your event — the occasion, date, location or venue, approximate guest count, setting, style, colors, menu notes, budget, inspiration links, the offerings you select, and anything you write in the message field.

If you attach inspiration files to the Contact form, only the file names are recorded with your inquiry so we know what you meant to share. We do not upload or store the files themselves.

We do not ask for payment details, government identification or any sensitive personal information through this website.

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare a custom proposal, and plan and produce your event if we work together. That's it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing emails to people who have only submitted an inquiry.

Inquiries submitted through this site are saved in a private, access-controlled database hosted by our website infrastructure provider so that we can review and respond to them. Access is limited to Sol House.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability.

Our site links out to Instagram. Once you follow a link away from this website, that company's own privacy practices apply.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

If our practices change, we'll update this page. Any update applies from the date it's posted.
